Our 2024 highlights
Strong farmer focus
Farmer satisfaction remained exceptionally high in 2024, with a Net Promoter Score of 88%. More than 2,000 farmers visited the Lely Campus to share experiences and explore new innovations. This strong engagement underlines the trust farmers place in Lely and the value of co-developing solutions that support the Farm of the Future.
Continuous investment in innovation
Lely invested 9% of its annual revenue into Research & Development in 2024 — a clear signal of its commitment to the future of farming. These investments are focused on next-generation robotic and digital solutions that enable farmers to increase efficiency, improve animal welfare, and reduce environmental impact while keeping dairy farming profitable.
Innovation milestones
2024 marked two major innovation achievements: the installation of the 50,000th Astronaut milking robot and the introduction of our latest Yellow Revolutions Juno Max and Zeta. These innovations demonstrate Lely’s ongoing commitment to transforming dairy farming with robotics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven solutions that improve animal welfare and farm efficiency.
Employee experience recognized
