Our Code of Conduct and SpeakUp Policy form an important foundation of responsible business at Lely. They help us ensure a safe, fair and transparent working environment where everyone is empowered to act with honesty and courage. Together, we are responsible for creating a culture built on trust — one where we all feel safe to raise questions or concerns.
Code of Conduct
The Lely Code of Conduct defines the standards and expectations that guide our decisions and behaviour. It reflects who we are and what we stand for as a family-owned, international company committed to innovation, progress, honesty, passion and respect.
Our Code sets clear principles on topics such as safety, human rights, environmental responsibility, data protection and integrity. It helps us make responsible choices in daily work and ensures that we treat people, animals and the environment with care.
Every Lely employee — regardless of role, location or background — is expected to know, understand and live by the Code. By doing so, we help build a company that operates with transparency, protects its reputation and contributes positively to the agricultural sector and the Farm of the Future.

SpeakUp Policy
A strong culture of integrity means speaking up when something doesn’t feel right. The Lely SpeakUp Policy supports a safe and confidential way to report concerns or suspected misconduct. Whether it’s about behavior that goes against our values, a breach of the law or a safety risk — speaking up helps us protect each other, our company and our shared future.
Reports are handled in strict confidence and can be made anonymously through our independent SpeakUp webpage, managed by a third party. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who raise concerns in good faith.
If you ever notice anything outside our ethical standards, please SpeakUp. For this, we have a SpeakUp policy that describes the procedure of reporting within Lely. Speaking up can help us improve our company, day after day.
